Residential Properties: We loan only on 1 to 4 unit residential properties. No condominiums or townhouses.

Central Florida Location: Bridgewell currently loans in the greater central Florida area

Two Year Term: Length of Bridge loans are 1 year, with a 1 year Borrower option to extend (2 year total term)

Monthly Payments: Payments are monthly, interest only

No Prepayment Penalty: Borrower may prepay at any time without prepayment penalty.

Loan qualifying: Bridgewell qualifying is based on a “Borrower’s ability to succeed”.
